All orders are processed and shipped from Belgium.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Fine art prints may be printed on demand and can take slightly longer before dispatch

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Belgium: 1–3 business days

European Union: 3–10 business days

International (outside EU): 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight.
Any applicable taxes are included where required under EU regulations.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

7. Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

Prints are shipped flat or in protective tubes depending on size
Efforts are made to use sustainable packaging where possible.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Please include photos of the packaging and the item
I will work with you to resolve the issue.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
10. Returns and Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
