These Terms and Conditions apply to this website and the purchase of artworks and fine art prints through the online store. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Products


The website offers original artworks and fine art prints for sale.

  • Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces.

  • Fine art prints may be produced in limited or open editions, as specified on the product page.

Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings or printing processes.

3. Prices and Payment


All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with EU regulations.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods provided at checkout. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

4. Order Process


After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Errors in pricing or description

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery


Orders are shipped from Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery

Care is taken to package artworks securely.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)


If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Exceptions may apply for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Returns and Refunds


Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Original artworks must be returned in perfect condition

  • Damaged or used items may not be eligible for a full refund

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual Property


All content on this website, including images, artwork, text, and design, remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Liability


I am not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Technical issues beyond my control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under EU law.

10. Privacy


Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information.
